NETSCAPE COMMUNICATIONS CORPORATION FILES FOR INITIAL PUBLIC OFFERING OF 3,500,000 SHARES OF COMMON STOCK

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. (June 23, 1995) - AOL / Netscape Communications today announced that it has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering of 3,500,000 shares of Common Stock. All such shares will be offered by the Company. Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated and Hambrecht & Quist LLC are acting as co-managers of the underwriting group.
