1. Quit all programs.
2. Click Start, move to Settings, and select Control Panel.
3. Double-click Add/Remove Programs.
4. Select the Install/Uninstall tab and then click Internet Explorer 3.0.
5. Click Add/Remove.
6. Click Yes.
